As part of Central 1’s ongoing cloud transformation program, we will be migrating additional services from our Kamloops data centre (VAHC) to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. This initiative enhances our resilience, operational efficiency, and helps reduce the risk associated with aging infrastructure.

Maintenance Details: Friday, October 17, 2025, from 10 to 2 p.m. PT (1 to 5 p.m. ET). Impacted service includes the IFRS 9 National Reporting & Analytics Platform. Services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
