CHG175883 – Toronto Data Center (TOHC) maintenance this weekend

Central 1 will be performing an urgent maintenance to our Toronto Data Center (TOHC) this weekend as we upgrade critical infrastructure hardware.

The maintenance will impact devices which supports our client VPNs connections going through it. The change is being closely monitored and tested throughout the maintenance. Payments services may experience short service interruptions during this maintenance.

When: Sunday, October 18 from 1 to 3 a.m. PT (4 to 6 a.m. ET).

Although connections are expected to recover automatically following the maintenance, clients using our VPN service may need to recycle their connection if it does not recover as expected.
