Resolved

On June 12, 2025, between 11 am and 2:10 pm PT (2 and 5:10 pm ET), a service disruption affecting AWS resulted in approximately 5,200 transactions not being successfully transmitted to the Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM) platform.

Please note that Interac continued to monitor transactions for suspicious activity throughout the duration of the outage. The issue has now been fully resolved, and all services are functioning as expected.

We are continuing to monitor the environment closely and will provide further updates, if necessary. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
