In the interest of transparency, Central 1 is writing to advise clients that it will be collaborating with its vendor, Fiserv, to perform an important upgrade to the Fiserv wires platform starting on April 11th at 7 pm PT (10 p.m. ET) ending on April 12th at 12 p.m. PT (3 p.m. ET) Central 1 is pleased to report that it anticipates important service improvements with this upgrade, which includes critical security patches and back-end performance improvements that ensure we are staying up-to-date and protecting against vulnerabilities.

Please note that the maintenance upgrade will not impact access to the wires service; all wires will be processed on time during our regular exchange windows.

What to Expect:
• Enhanced Security: Significant security improvements that will maintain the highest level of protection for you and your members and ensure full compliance with industry-leading standards.
• Faster Processing: Enhanced system performance and improved operational efficiency.
• Invoices: New Wires capability to receive invoices with the payment allowing for faster reconciliation.
