Interac will be conducting its annual Disaster Recovery (DR) test on Saturday, July 11 from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. PT (Sunday, July 12 from 02:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m. ET).

During this maintenance, there will be two planned outages of approximately 45 minutes each:
• 11:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. PT (02:00 a.m. to 02:45 a.m. ET), and
• 1:00 a.m. to 01:45 a.m. PT (04:00 a.m. to 04:45 a.m. ET)

During these outage periods, e-Transfer, International Remittances (IR), and Interac Direct services will be unavailable as traffic will be paused. Bulk and Batch processing (Legacy and ISO) will be impacted for the full duration of the maintenance window, and files will be processed once services resume.
