Central 1 experienced an outage in our remote capture services today from approximately 1:10 to 1:45 p.m. PT (4:10 to 4:45 p.m. ET).

This would have impacted branch (bRDC) and corporate capture (cRDC); Deposit Anywhere was not affected. Users would have noticed that cheque images were blank when scanning cheques into the application.

Services recovered after a service restart was performed and continue to remain stable.
