Central 1 has identified that some clients are missing the ORPI (CAD) and ORUI (USD) "Online Returns Cheque Processed Items" reports this morning for items returned in ORS on May 4, 2026.

Our technical team is actively investigating the issue. We will provide our next update by 9:00 a.m. PT (12:00 p.m. ET).
