Central 1 will be performing maintenance on the Bill Payment Offline server and database this afternoon, Wednesday, April 23, from 4 to 6 p.m. PT (7 to 9 p.m. ET).

This work involves changes to our reporting and settlement platform. Reporting servers are not used during business hours and are primarily utilized for evening report generation and settlement processes.

No service impact is expected during this maintenance window.
